Do you deliver in Umuahia?

How do I refill or transfer a prescription?
Use the form on our Contact page or call us with your medication names and current pharmacy. We handle the transfer and message you when it's ready.
Can I order without an account?
Yes. You can order as a guest with just your name and phone number. Creating an account simply makes future refills and tracking faster.

Can I speak to a pharmacist for advice?
Absolutely. Our qualified pharmacists offer free counselling on correct dosage, administration, side effects and drug interactions — in store or over the phone. Just ask.
Do you offer blood pressure & health checks?
Yes. We provide blood pressure monitoring and basic health checks to help you stay informed and catch potential problems early. Walk in to any branch.
Payments & HMO
Do you accept my HMO?
We accept most major HMOs and bill them directly. If you're paying out of pocket, we'll compare options to find you the lowest price.
What payment methods can I use?
Card, bank transfer, USSD and cash on delivery are all accepted. You.ll choose in store or on delivery.
Are you a licensed pharmacy?
Yes — Grace & Mercy Pharmacy is fully licensed by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN), and every order is verified by a registered pharmacist.
