Terms of Service – Grace and Mercy Pharmacy

These Terms govern your use of the website and services of Grace & Mercy Pharmacy, No. 41 Lagos Street, Umuahia, Abia State. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide pharmacy products, prescription dispensing, blood pressure and health checks, medication counselling and delivery. All medicines are dispensed under the supervision of a pharmacist registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).

2. Prescriptions

Prescription-only medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription, which we may verify with your prescriber. We reserve the right to decline an order where it would be unsafe, unlawful, or where the prescription cannot be verified.

3. Not a substitute for emergency care

Our website and consultations are for general healthcare support and are not a substitute for emergency medical treatment. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call your local emergency number immediately.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown in Naira (₦) and may change. We confirm your order once payment is received or arranged. If an item is unavailable, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver within stated timeframes but cannot guarantee exact times. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive medicines.

6. Returns

For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned once they have left our premises, except where an item is faulty, expired or supplied in error — in which case we will replace it or refund you.

7. Your responsibilities

Give accurate information about yourself and your health.
Use medicines only as directed by your pharmacist or doctor.
Keep your account details secure.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
